12:15 pm Pastry for children, Making by Vijay Nagpal, One of the first pastry chefs from India to have been trained in global baking and confectionery. Worked with the Oberoi Hotelfor over 2 decades, set up many a successful confectionery shops across the country including Hot Breads and Upper Crust. Pastry making supported by Sheetu Patil.
